Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at L'atelier de Mila.
We accept exchanges and returns on certain products.
If you do not like an item, you can exchange it or return it. Please contact us within 7 days after receipt of the product to request an exchange or refund at info@latelierdemila.com.
After contacting us, you will have 14 days to return the item.
The transportation costs of the return or exchange are borne by the buyer.
- Since the Luxury Gift Box and Gift Sets include pacifiers clips and dental articles, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns.
- Sales products are final sales.
The article must not have been worn.
The item must not be damaged.
The item must not have been washed.
The article must be in its original state.
Of course, if there is an error with the products sent, returns are possible.
